Features

WLAN socket modem with 802.11b and 802.11g network interface. Simple WLAN to RS232 bridge with embedded web server. Pin compatible with Analogue, ISDN and GSM socket modems.

Enables any device to send and receive data via WLAN 802.11b and 802.11g network. Based on Motorola W24, one of the most successful modules available and ideally suited for a wide range of M2M applications. FCC, CE and EMC regulatory approvals. Full approved in Europe, and other countries.

WLAN security protocols: WEP, WPA2. Encryption: SHA, AES, 3DES. General protocols : SSL3, TLS1. Authorization: Authorized user only allowed accessing the unit for remote configuration and firmware upgrade. Firmware upgrade: Over-the-air ( OTA ) and serial interface.

AT-Command Set Interface Protocol ( AT+I command set for W24 ). DTE speed from 2400 – 230’400 bps ( Auto BR ). Wi-fi data rates: 1 Mbps – 54 Mbps (auto fallback). Modulation Schemes: 802.11b and 802.11g. TX Power: 802.11b = 17dBm, 802.11g = 15dBm. RX sensitivity: 11b = –86dBm, 11g = -71dBm. Embedded protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, FTP, SMTP/POP3, HTTP client, DHCP client + server, PPP, Telnet, DNS. Embedded Web Server, Internal Web Site. Infrastructure station mode, Ad-hoc Station mode ( IBSS ).
