Presto is pleased to announce the continued production of the ECS-8FM product range, the Surface Mount Clock Oscillator IC available from ECS.
A number of competitors to ECS have recently confirmed the discontinuance of their equivalent products, making the ECS-8FM the ideal solution for a drop-in replacement compatible product.
This 5mm x 7.5mm footprint has been around for many years and there still remain many requirements for this type of product. Therefore, ECS have confirmed plans to continue production of the ECS-8FM for a minimum of 3 years. However, it is important to note that this part is no longer recommended for new designs.
