Product Datasheet for the STE BR57S RF Receiver Module

Features

The BR57S is a crystal controlled single conversion Superheterodyne Receiver implementing an advanced Gaussian shaped ASK ( GASK ) modulation for better rejection of multipath propagation signal distortion.

The module is designed to work with the matching BT57S Transmitter Module up to a maximum data speed of 28.8KBaud, however it can also be easily matched to the BT17 and BT27 SAW controlled transmitter modules.

The BR57S has two LC tuned filters in the front-end for best out of band signal rejection and a ceramic filter for a good adjacent channel selectivity.

Additionally, a Received Signal Strength Indicator( RSSI ) output and a sophisticated adjustable level data Squelch system is available.
