    • The BCT2634S is a frequency synthesizer digital PLL chip used for electronic tuning at 3 Volt AM & FM radios with on-chip, inductor-based DC/DC converter. A regulated high voltage output for tuning diode can be easily built by employing BCT2634S together with external power transistor.

    A high impedance MOS amplifier is integrated to easy the loop filter design and BCT2634S is designed to work from 1.8V to 3.6V supply voltage. The BCT2634S is made using advanced CMOS process for low voltage, low power and low radiation operations.
