    • The BCT2614S is a frequency synthesizer digital PLL chip used for electronic tuning at 3 Volt AM & FM DTS radios. A high impedance MOS amplifier is integrated to easy the loop filter design and BCT2614S is designed to work from 1.8V to 3.6V supply voltage. The BCT2614S is made using advanced CMOS process for low voltage, low power and low radiation operations.
