Features
LAN Socket Modem for Ethernet connectivity. Simple RS232 to Ethernet bridge for embedded or M2M applications. Pin compatible with Analogue, ISDN and GSM Socket Modems.
Enables any device to send and receive data via 10/100BaseT Ethernet networks. Complete, ready-to-integrate serial-to-Ethernet bridge, ideally suited for a wide range of M2M applications. The AL6000S is a lead-free product, conforming to the RoHS standard. Flexible IP protocol stack allows integration of user applications. Central site setup and monitoring of the remote modules. Device identification, password protection and security administration. Network statistics. Transmit block size up to 4Kb supported. Flash memory to update the firmware with the latest code or custom features. Configurable I/O ports and ADC for monitoring and control. Trusted IP-address for Telnet dial-in. Optional SPI, CAN or USB interfaces.
Serial interface supports DTE speeds to 230.4 Kbps. Data transmission modes are transparent or Telnet. Command line interface for management and configuration over serial interface or Telnet. HTTP server with web page allows monitoring and configuration with WEB browser. Ethernet IEEE 802.3u interface with auto-negotiation of 10/100baseT, half/full-duplex and auto-crossover. Complete protocol stack: TCP/IP, ARP,
ICMP and DHCP. Configurable Telnet client and Telnet server with Auto-Dial.
